Evaluation of Brief

Name: Abbie Turton

Title of product being advertised: Bubble and fizz

Aims of brief: to increase the sales of the product

Objective of Brief: to produce an advertisement to result in product sales increases

Target audience of brief: 18 – 24 years, people who are health conscious and enjoy the outdoors, explorers and succeeders


Any pertinent issues that may arise in your advertisement, any legal and ethical issues to ensure, distribution/location of advertisement.


Copyright could be an issue when using fonts for the logo

Just make sure the aspects if the logo aren't offensive in any way

The budget needs to be considered (£10,000) need to make sure not to go over

Consider the competition that may arise, the other drink brands (Lucozade etc.)


Generation of Idea

Summary for the idea; i.e. What different media platforms will be used and why, how the advertisement will meet the target audience, how is it advert creating brand awareness.

Billboards - 18-24 year olds would likely be able to drive and seeing it down the road may be a useful way of getting it to them
Social media - a lot of people this age have it meaning it would have impact
Online video adverts, the younger age would likely see it on YouTube

Campaign Plan Creation

Key messages

the main messages of the drink would be showing the natural and healthy ingredients, convenience, how affordable it is, endorsements.

Stylistic approach

focusing on the health benefits, for example how it can affect the consumer mentally and physically. also emphasise the ingredients used to make the drink for the consumers to be aware of what they are consuming.

Call to action

including a QR code on the advertisement photos or at the end of the video advert to send them straight to the website (if there is one).

Media choices

the main choices of media would include outdoor advertising, social media, online video adverts, and using influencers/partnerships in order to promote the drink.

Campaign schedule

Launch format:

the social media and outdoor adverts would be released first (social media being the first of the two), which would then lead into the video advertisement to being released if necessary.
